Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to all EU countries, the United Kingdom and the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of your order (5–8 business days in transit). Peak season and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & duties For orders within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
