Politique de remboursement

Just My Light offers a 14-day return policy on every item, including items bought on sale or with a discount. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, together with your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at justmylightcontact@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can track your return.

Returns are free: we email you a prepaid return label to print, so return shipping costs you nothing.

Damaged or defective items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If you live in the European Union, you can cancel your order at any time before it ships, or withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right also applies to discounted items. To use it, contact us at justmylightcontact@gmail.com or use the withdrawal request form on our Contact page.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, including the original standard delivery cost. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
